A two hour demonstration making delicious and nourishing raw cuisine.

Running over two hours on Saturday 4 October 2014, Delectable Desserts is for anyone who would like to develop their skills, knowledge and confidence in making delicious raw, plant based desserts and sweet treats.

This is a demonstration based class where you will be taught skills in raw fusion which you will be able to easily replicate at home.

Everything we make is free of dairy, gluten, refined sugar and egg. All food is raw and vegan but this class is taught from the fusion perspective of increasing more raw foods along with cooked. This is to better enable you to successfully tailor raw eating into your everyday life.

Guided by a raw expert, you will be shown how to prepare delectable desserts and sweet treats and enjoy sampling the dishes demonstrated.

This is for you if:

• You wish to add to your repertoire of simple, quick and healthy food.
• You wish to encourage yourself, family and friends to eat healthier.

Fantastic, interesting, informative and fun. I felt very motivated after the workshop; I went home and made the balls - delicious.  Michelle, Albany

I really wanted to say thank you so much for Saturday. It was brilliant with lots of fun and information. The food was delicious and you made it seem so simple to put together. I also enjoyed the Mother/Daughter time and having a common interest is great.

The class was wonderful and gave me so many ideas. It was a real encouragement.
Chris, Kumeu

Thank you so very much for all the information you have given me - you offer amazing value - thank you again. Rita, North Shore

I've settled into a great routine with my diet where there is a mix of raw and cooked, very clean and nutritious food. I have a choice of breakfasts and most importantly, as you helped me with, a great choice of snacks at work so I find my energy levels are more even throughout the day than they have ever been. Thank you so very much for all your help, it has been marvelous. Amanda, Auckland
